Dear Friends of NEON,
We deeply regret to inform you that SAM PAGANINI, who was originally scheduled to perform on August 23 (Sunday) from 19:00 to 20:10, is unable to board his flight due to a sudden high fever of 39°C and has officially confirmed that he cannot attend this music festival. We are forced to make emergency adjustments to the schedule for that time slot. We extend our most sincere apologies to everyone who was looking forward to this performance for the inconvenience caused by this sudden change.

Upon learning of the situation, we immediately held an emergency meeting and communicated extensively with various parties—including other artist teams—striving to provide you with the best possible resolution under the circumstances.
After thorough coordination, the updated performance schedule for August 23 is confirmed as follows:

Every artist on the bill is a piece of the puzzle for tonight. NEON unfolds across three emotional chapters: LUMINA, CITY LIGHTS, and SUNSET.

This time, NEON introduces its stage concept: "Window of the City." Far more than just visual design, it transforms the Canton Tower’s second-floor observation deck into a suspended floating soundstage. Beneath your feet lies a transparent deck of glass and steel overlooking flowing streetlights; above, the tower pierces straight into the heart of the CBD skyline.

這次 NEON 的舞台概念名為「城市之窗」，它不再只是一個單純的舞美展示，而是將廣州塔二層觀景平台化身為懸浮於城市上空的聲場裝置——地面是玻璃與鋼結構交織的透明甲板，腳下是流動的車河與燈火，抬頭是塔身直刺城市 CBD 天際的輪廓線。
The stage itself knows no boundaries. Dropping traditional LED backdrops, it features a transparent ice-screen structure floating right in front of the CBD night skyline—merging the performance, lights, and city horizon into a single frame.
Equipped with water cannons as part of the live experience, mist sprays across a space bathed in light and rhythm. Bringing a splash of cool relief to NEON’s August summer heat, the rave experience on the dancefloor elevates to a whole new dimension of immersion.
舞台本身不設邊界，去掉了傳統 LED 背景牆，採用透空式冰屏結構設計，透明螢幕懸浮於城市 CBD 夜景之前。演出、燈光、城市 CBD 天際線，三者疊合在同一個畫面裡。
同時，舞台還將配置多台水砲系統，作為現場體驗的一部分。當水汽在燈光與節奏的空間中釋放，NEON 的盛夏八月，迎來它專屬的一份清涼，舞池中 Rave 的體驗也被推進至更多維度的沉浸式體驗。

One ticket per person. Entry requires presenting an original accepted ID (passport, local residence permit with valid visa, or Mainland Travel Permit for HK/Macao/Taiwan Residents) and passing a 3-way check matching face, ID, and ticket. Mismatched details will result in denied entry with no compensation.
所有兒童均須購買全價票，6歲以下孩童謝絕入場。未成年人須由持有有效出入境證件的監護人全程陪同，出入境及安全責任由監護人自負。
Full-price tickets apply to all children; children under 6 are not admitted. Minors must be accompanied at all times by a guardian with valid travel documents, who assumes full responsibility for safety and travel arrangements.
若因極端天氣、政策管控或突發事件等不可抗力導致演出取消或延期，平台不提供現金退款，後續處理以官方公告為準。
If the event is canceled or postponed due to extreme weather, government controls, or emergencies, no cash refunds will be issued. Resolution will follow official announcements.
