By purchasing a ticket and attending a Club MOP event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Minimum Age Requirement – (18+Only)

In accordance with Macau Law No. 3/2012 (Prevention and Control on Smoking and Alcohol Consumption by Minors), entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above.

• All guests must present valid photographic identification (e.g. passport or government-issued ID) upon entry.
• Anyone found to be underage or attempting entry with false or fraudulent identification will be refused access without refund. Authorities may be notified if deemed necessary.

2. Alcohol Consumption & Guest Conduct
By entering Club MOP, guests agree to drink responsibly and behave appropriately. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Underage drinking
• Excessive or unsafe alcohol consumption
• Violent, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour due to intoxication

Club MOP reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any individual at its discretion, without refund, in the interest of guest safety and public order.

3. Ticket Policy & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled.
• Name changes and ticket transfers are not permitted unless approved in writing by Club MOP.
• Tickets may not be used for resale, promotional giveaways, or commercial purposes without prior consent from Club MOP.
• Unauthorised resale may result in denied entry without refund.

4. Photography & Media Use
By attending a Club MOP event, guests consent to being photographed and filmed. Event content may be used for promotional or commercial purposes across digital and print platforms. If you do not wish to appear in official media, please notify our staff at the entrance.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations
Club MOP reserves the right to:

• Modify event dates, times, performers, or schedule due to operational or safety reasons
• Cancel or postpone events due to force majeure, government directives, or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, guests will be notified via official channels and options for refund or exchange will be communicated accordingly.
