Welcome to PLVR ("App", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PLVR platform, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Definitions
Buyer (Client): a natural person over the legal age who purchases Tickets via the Service.
Organizer: a natural or legal person acting professionally to create, promote, and sell Tickets for Events on the Service.
Event: any festival, concert, performance, or activity listed by an Organizer.
Ticket(s): electronic or physical entry passes sold on the Service.
Service Fees: fees charged by PLVR to Buyers for facilitating Ticket transactions.
Organizer Fees: fees charged by PLVR to Organizers for use of the platform and related services.
Content: any text, images, audio, video, or other materials uploaded by users.
Third‑Party Services: payment processors, social networks, or other integrations.
2. General Provisions
Acceptance: By using the Service you confirm you have capacity to contract and agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Changes: We may amend these Terms at any time; updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Sections for Buyers (Clients)
3.1 Eligibility & Account
Must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority locally).
Provide accurate, current information and maintain account security.
Notify PLVR of unauthorized access immediately.
3.2 Ticket Purchase & Payment
Authorize PLVR to charge your payment method for Total Ticket Price (including Service Fees, taxes).
Payment methods: credit/debit cards, digital wallets, local options.
Total price displayed before confirmation; Service Fees non‑refundable unless required by law.
May use Automatic Purchase, Waiting List, Presale features where available.
3.3 Ticket Delivery, Transfer & Resale
Tickets delivered electronically via email, mobile wallet, or other methods.
Valid only if acquired through official PLVR channels.
Transfers/resales subject to Organizer rules and local regulations.
3.4 Refunds & Cancellations
PLVR does not support refunds under any circumstances.
In the event an Organizer cancels or reschedules an Event, any refund eligibility and processing lies solely with the Organizer and applicable law.
Service Fees and taxes are strictly non‑refundable.
3.5 Client Conduct & Responsibilities
Comply with all laws; no abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
Do not use bots or circumvent purchase limits.
Safeguard Tickets and present valid ID if requested.
Not entitled to refund Service Fees if event is canceled, except under special agreements.
4. Sections for Organizers
4.1 Eligibility & Account Setup
Must be a legal entity or individual with capacity to contract.
Provide complete business details, taxes, and banking information.
Maintain accuracy of event and payment information.
4.2 Event Creation & Listing
Create events with accurate descriptions, dates, venues, and ticket allocations.
Adhere to local regulations on ticketing, age restrictions, and accessibility.
4.3 Organizer Fees & Payouts
Organizer Fees and rates are set in separate addendum or dashboard terms.
Fees deducted from Total Ticket Price to calculate Payout.
4.4 Organizer Conduct & Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and safety regulations.
Ensure Customer Service for Buyers, including refund handling.
Do not manipulate rankings or use unfair promotional practices.
Indemnify PLVR against claims from buyers or third parties related to your events.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein).
GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (US), PDPA (SG), and other global laws compliance.
Rights: data access, correction, deletion, portability, and Do Not Sell (where applicable).
6. Intellectual Property
PLVR owns Service IP; users grant PLVR a license to use uploaded Content.
DMCA notice procedure for infringement claims.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service "AS IS" without warranties. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Not liable for Acts of Organizers, venues, or force majeure.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PLVR from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of your region (e.g., New York for US Buyers, Singapore for SG Organizers).
Waiver of class actions and jury trials.
These Terms governed by applicable local law without conflict‑of‑law rules.
10. Modifications, Suspension & Termination
PLVR may modify, suspend, or terminate features or accounts at its discretion.
Violations may result in immediate termination; surviving sections include indemnity, liability, and dispute clauses.
11. Force Majeure
No liability for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.
12. Severability & Assignment
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
You may not assign rights without PLVR’s consent; PLVR may assign in mergers or sales.
13. Notices & Contact Information
Notices: We may send important notices to you via email, in‑app messages, or by posting them on the Service.
