• •Internet and data charges for browsing, purchasing, and receiving tickets are paid by the customer.

E-tickets are issued as soon as payment is completed, and delivered to your registered email address and your PLVR app / My Page.

Some events limit how many tickets each customer can buy. Any limit is shown on the event page.

• •After a purchase is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, changes, or refunds for the customer's own reasons, except where required by law.
• •If an event is canceled or postponed, the organizer decides whether refunds are given and how. We will announce this on the event page or by email.
• •Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• •This is a ticket sale, and the cooling-off rules of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act do not apply.

Not applicable: tickets are delivered electronically and nothing is shipped back.

The organizer of each event (the party responsible for running it) is listed on the event page. PLVR TECH JAPAN K.K. acts as the ticket sales channel.
