Regulators & Law Enforcement: As required by law (subpoena, investigation).
Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to confidentiality commitments.

7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Security
We implement industry‑standard technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, audits) to protect your data. However, please note that “perfect security” does not exist. While we take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and you should not expect that your personal information or communications will always remain completely private or safe from misuse by third parties.
