⭐️ Age Restriction
This event is subject to age restrictions (e.g., participants must be 18 years of age or older). A valid photo ID must be presented upon entry. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirement; in such cases, no tickets will be refunded.

⭐️ Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Cancellations: Refunds will only be issued if the event is fully cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Organizer.
Personal Reasons: Inability to attend due to personal reasons (including but not limited to traffic delays, illness, or schedule conflicts) does not qualify for a refund.

⭐️ Prohibited Items & Behavior
To ensure the safety and experience of all participants, the following are strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to immediately evict violators without a refund:

Possession of any contraband, including but not limited to dangerous objects, weapons, outside alcohol, or illegal drugs.
Any form of harassment, violence, discriminatory speech/actions, or vandalism.

⭐️ Recording and Right of Publicity
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by the Organizer or its authorized parties. The Organizer reserves the right to use any footage or images containing your likeness for future event documentation, publicity, and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

Disclaimer

Health Risks: Participants confirm they are in suitable health to attend events featuring high volume, flashing lights, and large crowds. Please exercise discretion if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, photosensitivity, or other medical conditions. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for issues arising from personal health conditions.

Force Majeure: If the event is cancelled, interrupted, or rescheduled due to Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, public safety incidents, strikes, riots, or any circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control), the Organizer will announce arrangements as soon as possible. However, the Organizer is not liable for any additional costs incurred (such as transportation or accommodation).

Final Decision: The Organizer and on-site staff reserve the right of final decision regarding all matters within the venue, including the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
