Over the last few years, the idea of encouraging diversity, fostering empathy and generally being accepting and reasonable towards others has become toxic to certain sections of the population. And this in turn has sparked a backlash where 'woke' is seen as being a threat to the social order. While this idea could not be further from the truth, it needs to be dealt with intelligently, constructively and in a non-threatening, non-conflictual way. Our speakers discuss how best to approach a truly thorny issue.
