Opened in May 2016, Headquarters (HQ) is an underground music venue tucked away in the underbelly of Boat Quay. Now the home base for The Council's shenanigans, the space has become a haven for punters to discover underground sounds. Step into the no-frills space with a bar on one end of the room, red lasers, and an old-school Donkey Kong arcade machine, that has since become home to a community of music lovers with a keen ear for all manner of house, techno, and disco ditties.
