Moon Story (Chinese title: 《在月台邂逅》) is a poignant contemporary drama presented by Sardine Theatre (沙丁劇場) that explores the human condition at the edge of existence.

When the end of the world arrives, is all we can do wait? On a deserted station platform, a man and a woman—complete strangers—cross paths. Though they occupy the same physical space, they are each lost in their own worlds of worry, memory, and future-induced anxiety.

As trains fail to arrive, communication with the outside world vanishes, and even the exits are mysteriously sealed, the platform transforms into a "modern tomb" for the soul. Through a series of raw and absurd dialogues—ranging from the sudden death of a colleague to dreams of escaping to Japan—the two begin to acknowledge each other's presence. In the simple act of touching fingertips, they search for an exit or a reason to exist within their confined reality.
