OPEN by HE.R will return to Chater Road on Sunday, 18 October 2026, transforming the heart of Central into an ambitious Halloween celebration under the city lights. Created together with Hongkong Land and LANDMARK, OPEN by HE.R – Halloween in Central will bring music, design, culture and hospitality into the street for an experience open to guests of all ages.

The second Chater Road edition marks the opening move of Hong Kong’s Halloween season. Conceived as an epic city-centre masquerade, it invites families, friends and music lovers to encounter Central from a new perspective. Guests can expect HE.R’s most powerful sound system to date, its most ambitious stage design yet and the opportunity to explore “A Place to Chater.”

OPEN is a Hong Kong-born collaborative cultural platform developed by HE.R. It creates city moments in which artists, partners and audiences shape the experience together. Music is the connecting thread, bringing fashion, art, local culture and community into unexpected landmark settings, with high design and considered hospitality at every level.

The Lineup

ANDHIM

German duo ANDHIM bring their unmistakable “Super House” sound to Chater Road: melodic, playful and built for the moment an open-air crowd moves as one.

For over a decade, Simon Haehnel and Tobias Müller have blurred the lines between house, indie dance and leftfield electronica, releasing more than 60 originals and remixes—including Boy Boy Boy, Overnight, You’re Not Alone and Feel The Love with AMÉMÉ and Malou.

With residencies and appearances spanning New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin and Fusion Festival, ANDHIM arrive with the kind of loose, euphoric energy that turns a set into a shared memory.

Charmeine

Ukrainian DJ, producer and selector Charmeine brings rhythm with intent. Her sound moves between Afro house, house, tech house and minimal—layered with disco, funk, jazz and the kind of tension that makes standing still feel slightly unreasonable.

Her sets are sensual but driving: deep enough to get lost in, direct enough to pull an entire crowd forward. A fixture across Hï Ibiza, ADE, Scorpios, Cova Santa, Untold, Caprices and the Giza Pyramids, she has shared decks with Rampa, Dixon and Carlita.

On Chater Road, expect heat, hypnosis and a very good reason to stay until the lights change.

HE.R Soundsystem

HE.R Soundsystem is the pulse behind HE.R 鶴. Alex Nude and Cocoa Zhou bring two distinct instincts into one B2B language: deep, melodic and minimal house with tension in all the right places.

Alex’s genre-blurring selections move between sensuality and impact; Cocoa brings the magnetic pull of minimal tech, house and indie dance. Together, they know exactly when to hold the room back—and when to let it go.

For OPEN, they bring the homegrown energy with global ambition. Naturally.

CASAMUSICA

CASAMUSICA completes the programme with the records you did not know you needed yet. His sets are rooted in classic dance-music history, but never stuck there—moving through rare house, disco, deep cuts and warm, unexpected turns.

From formative musical experiences in Japan, New York and Brazil to appearances at Loop and Oto in Tokyo, Vinyl in Osaka, Hyakuri in Niigata and System in Shanghai, CASAMUSICA brings a selector’s ear to the biggest room.

Deep, playful and made for the long way round.

TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

++Important Notes About All Ticket Types++

This event is open for all ages, but for alcohol consumption only individuals aged 18 or above are permitted. Valid photo ID is required for age verification and alcohol service.

All ticket types are available for the specified period, while stocks last.

Ticket holders are entitled to same day re-entry to the festival on the designated date(s) specified on the ticket and all the performances and activities at the festival are inclusive, subject to venue capacity limitations.

Lineup and schedule are subject to change.

OPEN by HE.R reserves the right to cancel the festival at any stage, if deemed necessary in its sole opinion, or if circumstances arise which are outside its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. In the event that the festival is cancelled or the lineup changed, OPEN by HE.R will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or any loss of money and/or expenses incurred. In the event of the cancellation of the entire festival only the face value (not including handling fees, etc) of the ticket will be refunded through the ticket agent through whom the tickets were purchased.

++What is the official ticket platform for OPEN by HE.R?++

Ticketflap, Trip.com, Ctrip, and PLVR are the only authorised ticketing platforms for OPEN by HE.R festival tickets.

Only tickets purchased through Ticketflap, Trip.com, Ctrip, or PLVR—or officially transferred to your Ticketflap account with your name on them—will be accepted for entry.

++Beware of unauthorised ticket agents and touts++

Please do not buy from unauthorised ticket sellers (including Carousell, Viagogo, Stubhub and social media platforms) or touts as you are unlikely to get in with whatever they sell you.

To enter the festival, you must show your ticket and photo ID (photocopy ID is not accepted), and the name on your ID must match the name recorded for the ticket in Ticketflap’s system.

Do not purchase PDF tickets sold by unauthorised sellers, as the name recorded in our system for the ticket, will not match your ID (editing the PDF will not work).

If you purchase an OPEN by HE.R festival ticket from an unauthorised seller, please confirm it is transferred to you and appears in the ‘My Tickets’ page of your Ticketflap account.

We do what we can to prevent fraudulent activity, but the best way to prevent fraud is to not risk buying from unauthorised sources.

++Can I change the name my ticket?++

You can change the name on your ticket at any time before you enter the festival, by logging into your Ticketflap account, going to ‘My Tickets’ and editing the information for each ticket.

Once your ticket has been scanned at the festival entrance, you will no longer be able to change the name on it.

++How do I transfer a ticket to another person?++

If you wish to transfer a OPEN by HE.R ticket to another person, you can do so via Ticketflap’s ‘Send ticket’ function.

Log into your Ticketflap account, go to ‘My Tickets’ and select ‘Send Ticket’ for the ticket you wish to transfer. You will be asked to enter and confirm the email address for the recipient.

Once a ticket has been scanned at the festival entrance, you will no longer be able to send the ticket to another person.

++What should I do if I lose my ticket?++

If you purchased your OPEN by HE.R tickets via Ticketflap, you can log into your Ticketflap account and re-download the ticket.

++Event policies++

No outside food and beverages are permitted at the event. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance, and any prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the event at any time. If there are changes to the lineup, the organizer shall not be liable for any additional compensation or expenses incurred. In the case of full cancellation of the event, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded, and such refund shall be processed through the original ticketing platform used for purchase.
