Terrible Baby at Eaton HK welcomes Jakarta’s concept-driven cocktail destination, HATS Bar, for an exclusive one-night-only pop-up event.

This collaboration brings HATS Bar’s narrative-led approach to mixology to Hong Kong, where familiar ingredients and everyday moments are reinterpreted through craft and intention. The evening features Demitria Paramita (Demi), the award-winning mixologist and founder of HATS Bar, who will take over the bar to present a selection of her most imaginative libations.

Featured Cocktails:

• Mandarin: A bright, fizzy gin-based drink blending Farmer’s Gin, Campari, and Jeruk Pontianak Soda, served with a captivating edible passionfruit bathbomb.
• Love in Manhattan: A spirit-forward dessert-like cocktail featuring Michter’s Whiskey, red wine, and a 66% dark chocolate sorbet that evolves in flavor as it melts.
• Picare: A daring creation inspired by Chinese-Indonesian siomay, balancing smoky Siete Mezcal with savory bitter gourd juice and pickle.

With over a decade of experience across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, Demi’s style seamlessly weaves culinary and pastry techniques into cocktail-making. Her craft has earned international acclaim, including a Top 3 spot in The Blend Scholarship by the World’s 50 Best Bars and winning the Singapore Bacardi Legacy.

The event takes place within Terrible Baby’s eclectic indoor space and lush open-air terrace. Guests can enjoy a curated tasting journey of three cocktails for HK$340 (originally HK$390).
