Jesse James Rutherford is a California-born singer, songwriter, and former actor. He's best known as the lead singer of the alternative pop band, The Neighbourhood, which he co-founded in 2011. The band's sound blends electronica, indie rock, and hip-hop beats with R&B-influenced vocals.
