Modestep is a pioneering electronic rock duo formed in London in 2010, known for their fusion of dubstep and rock elements. Initially a four-piece band featuring brothers Josh and Tony Friend, they evolved into a dynamic duo with Josh and ex-Funeral for a Friend drummer Patrick Lundy. With energetic performances and electrifying tracks, Modestep quickly gained a loyal following. In late 2022, Lundy announced his departure, leaving Josh as the sole member. Now based in Los Angeles, Modestep continues to innovate and create, pushing the boundaries of electronic music while maintaining their distinct sound.
