My Bloody Valentine are an Irish-English rock band formed in Dublin in 1983. The lineup of the band comprises Kevin Shields, Colm Ó Cíosóig, Debbie Googe and Bilinda Butcher. They are widely regarded as pioneers of the shoegaze genre.
