Over the years, it has become known not only for its powerful performances, but for its ability to create shared moments—unexpected collaborations, breakout local acts, and memories that linger long after the music fades. The 2026 lineup features a dynamic mix of nationally recognized and influential artists, including IV of Spades, Arthur Nery, Loonie, Quest, Dionela, Frizzle Anne, and Malupiton, among others.
This diverse roster ensures a wide-reaching appeal across generations, genres, and communities. True to its name, “The Last Echo” represents legacy—an echo of the stories, sounds, and connections built through the years. Likhawit Music Festival 2026: The Last Echo

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the ticket holder (“Attendee”) and Kapit Productions (“Organizer”). By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket to Likhawit Music Festival, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions herein.

1.1 Each ticket grants admission to one (1) person only and is valid solely for Likhawit Music Festival on the date, time, and venue specified.
1.2 A valid ticket (printed or digital) must be presented for entry.
1.3 Tickets that are lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, damaged, or obtained from unauthorized sources shall be deemed invalid and will not be honored.
1.4 The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission where ticket authenticity cannot be verified.

2.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of full cancellation of the event by the Organizer.
2.2 No refunds shall be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, personal circumstances, or changes in personal schedules.
2.3 All service, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable.

3.1 In the event of full cancellation, the Organizer shall announce refund procedures through official communication channels.
3.2 In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds shall be issued unless otherwise required by law.
3.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, program, schedule, or artist lineup due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without incurring liability.

4.1 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any Attendee who violates event rules, poses a safety risk, or engages in unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, without refund.
4.2 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, sharp objects, fireworks, drones, and professional photo or video equipment without written authorization.
4.3 All Attendees are subject to security inspections and must comply with venue policies and applicable Philippine laws.

5.1 Attendance at the event is voluntary and at the Attendee’s own risk.
5.2 The Attendee acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with large public events, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
5.3 The Organizer may enforce health and safety protocols as required by law, regulation, or venue policy. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the Organizer, its partners, sponsors, contractors, performers, employees, and venue operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, illness, death, or theft suffered by the Attendee in connection with the event.
6.2 The Attendee agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims arising out of attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be waived under applicable law.
6.3 The Attendee agrees to indemnify the Organizer against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Attendee’s actions or violations of these Terms.

7.1 By entering the event premises, the Attendee grants the Organizer the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and capture the Attendee’s likeness, voice, and appearance.
7.2 Such materials may be used by the Organizer for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation and without further consent.

8.1 The Organizer shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, power failures, or civil disturbances.

9.1 Only announcements made through the official platforms of Kapit Productions and Likhawit Music Festival shall be deemed valid and enforceable.
9.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for reliance on information from unauthorized third-party sources.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.

11.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2 If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Attendee and the Organizer regarding event admission.
