How do I access and set up my wallet?
To get started, navigate to your Profile page and select Wallet. You will need to click Verify Location and allow browser or app access to confirm your region. Once verified, simply accept the Wallet Terms of Use to complete the setup process.
Why is my wallet access restricted?
The PLVR Wallet must comply with local regulations and is not available in Mainland China. If our system detects that your IP or GPS location is in a restricted region, wallet access will be disabled.
Is the PLVR Wallet custodial?
No. PLVR Wallet is self-custodial, meaning you have full control over your assets. PLVR cannot access or move your funds. For maximum security, we strongly recommend enabling MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) in your settings.
Can I transfer tokens from my wallet?
Yes, you can send tokens to any EVM-compatible wallet by selecting the token in your wallet and clicking the Transfer icon. After verifying your identity with an Email OTP, enter the recipient's address or PLVR user name (e.g., user.plvr.io), confirm the amount, and submit the transaction.
Which networks are supported and what about gas fees?
At launch, the wallet supports Base, where PLVR covers all gas fees for free transfers. It also supports Ethereum and BNB Chain, though you must hold native ETH or BNB in your wallet to pay for network fees, or the transaction will fail.
What if I send tokens to the wrong address?
Blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible, and PLVR is unable to recover funds sent to the wrong address or network. Always do some test transactions and double-check your details that appears before you confirm any transfer.
What does the Portfolio Value show?
The Portfolio Value reflects the total USD value of all supported tokens currently held in your wallet. Please note that this is a real-time valuation and does not display historical performance or price changes at this stage.
